UPHOLSTERY WARRANTY INFORMATION LEA stands behind our Quality Materials and Artisan Workmanship. We use the finest hides to create leathers in our own Tannery. We use the strongest woods for our frames and highgauge steel for our foundations. LEA can only extend our Warranty to the original purchaser in their delivery location.

-FRAME LEA warrants to you, the original purchaser, protection against defective materials or workmanship for a lifetime as long as it remains upholstered in the original covering and is used under normal conditions.

-MECHANISMS LEA warrants to you, the original purchaser, protection against defective materials or workmanship covering all executive seating and reclining mechanisms for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, based on reasonable use. After the first year of use, the mechanism warranty covers repair or replacement parts only and does not cover any labor or shipping costs.

-CUSHION CORES LEA warrants to you, the original retail purchaser, protection against abnormal loss of resiliency for a period of one {1} year from the date of original purchase, as long as it remains upholstered in the original covering and is used under normal conditions. Some softening of the foam core and fiber wrap should be expected and will not be considered defective.

-FILLING MATERIALS LEA warrants to you, the original retail purchaser, and protection against abnormal loss of resiliency of filling materials for a period of one {1} year from the date of original purchase as long as it remains upholstered in the original covering and is used under normal conditions. Compression of filling materials with use is normal and should not be considered loss of resiliency.

-COVER WARRANTY Leather is a naturally beautiful product that has many distinguishing characteristics. Being a natural product, leather will contain “beauty marks” and no two hides are the same. Color variations, along with these “beauty marks” are nature’s signatures and are the strength to each hide’s individuality. Any true defects will be covered for one (1} year from the manufacturer date of purchase.

CLAIMS PROCEDURE: To make a claim under this warranty, please contact the dealer from whom the LEA upholstery product was purchased with your dated proof of purchase. They will help you complete a Claims Form with Photography of the item in question.
Please Note: Warranty Exceptions
Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning and care. All upholstery
warranties are null and void if improperly cleaned or treated with a chemical fabric treatment. All leather warranties are null and void if improperly cleaned or conditioned.
Normal softening and puddling of the foam and fibers in seat and back cushions, which should not be considered a defect, nor confused with abnormal wear and loss of resiliency. From time to time, your LEA will need “fluffing up” as any upholstered furniture does and should be regulated with use.

LEA UNLIMITED, INC WARRANTY FOR KOMFLEX

Komflex guarantees the internal mechanisms of the Komflex Chair for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. The 10 year guarantee covers the internal metal frame, including the metal springs and gliding system. It does not cover damage to leather or woodwork or any faults or damage caused by the use of the product other than in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, as well as any faults or damage arising from any repairs made by any persons not authorised by the manufacturer. The standard warranty is for parts only. Please see your dealer for additional purchase warranty.*10 year Parts Warranty: The 10 year warranty covers internal metal frame and springs, including the gliding system.*5 year Parts Warranty: The 5 year warranty covers the wooden laminate base for the chair , including the swivel ring as well as all the foam and interior padding in the chair. Exclusion: any damage from fluids penetrating through the upholstery. Please note that some deformation and indentation in padding is considered normal and is part of a break-in process.*1 year Parts Warranty: The 1 year warranty covers the leather upholstery including stitching and zippered assemblies. Exclusions: fading and color-fastness, or roughness caused by hear or sunlight. Any damage caused by failure to clean and maintain regularly, or by use of chemicals,cleaners or conditions not recommended by Komflex. Any damage caused by spills of food, drink or any liquids. Any damage caused by saturation with sweat or other body fluids. Please note: leather is a natural product. It requires regular maintenance to insure long wear and to retain its appearance. Natural markings such as scars and insect bites from barbed wire or other abrasions such as stretch marks and folds in the skin and from other sources are not considered defects.General Exclusions: Any damage caused by moving, alteration, unauthorized repair, abuse and negligence. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. Komflex reserves the right to repair or replace the defective merchandise in part or completely. All warranty claims must be processed through the original retailer. What is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship, including seams and zipper slides and/or zipper pulls, with the exceptions stated below.

How Long Coverage Lasts
This warranty runs for one year.

What is NOT covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by pets, moisture, normal wear and tear, teeth of zipper and/or discoloration caused by exposure to sunlight or chemicals such as ammonia, laundry detergent, or household bleach.

LEA will
LEA will repair or replace any part of the product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. In the event repair is not possible, LEA will replace your product with new product of similar composition and price. Shipping costs may apply.
